Class Description:
Our class is made up of a diverse group of learners. The students enjoy working on hands-on projects. They learn best from visual examples. The technology that is requested will help the students reach their learning goals.
Needs:
We need a document camera so that student work, examples, and text can be projected for the class to see.
Personal Information:
About Me:
I grew up in NJ and moved to MD for after college. I have been teaching for 7 years. I love second graders. The students are excited and eager to learn.
College and Degrees:
I received my BA from Loyola College in Maryland in 2003 and my MA from University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2008. My speciality is math education.
Activities:
I am the yearbook coordinator for Halethorpe Elementary. I am also a mentor teacher for student teachers from Towson University.
