About Me:
I am a life-long learner who lives to learn and teach.
College and Degrees:
I attended Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina for an undergraduate degree in elementary education and then the University of Illinois for a Masters in Library and Information Science.
Activities:
One of my favorite pastimes is working on our school website. When I'm not doing that, I enjoy traveling and photography.
Favorite Books:
My favorite book is the book that I am reading at the moment because I don't read books that I don't enjoy. Right now it's Click: A Novel by 12 Authors.

Employment History:
I began my career by teaching fifth grade teacher for 10 years in New Jersey. I was stay-at-home mom for 10 years and have been a teaching librarian in Naperville, Il for the past 25 years.
Why Do I Teach?:
I am a teacher because kids LOVE to learn even more than I do and I like being around happy, enthusiastic, and engaging people.
