Needs:
We're trying to get funding for Camtasia Studio 5.1 software. This software allows you to make podcast of mini-lessons. We want it for the teachers to use and for our advance computer students to learn.
My Philosophy:
Children learn in different ways. Because our kids are native internet/technologyusers, we have to use the technology they use every day.

Retired Coast Guard pilot. Teaching is a second career.

B.S. from the Coast Guard Academy. M.E. from Marymount University.

Before becoming the Math Department RT, I coached volleyball and softball.

Why Do I Teach?:
My first year of teaching, I had a student who made the transition from being a poor student to being a learner. It was so wonderful to see, I was hooked.
