I collaborate with classroom teachers to instruct our CHS students literacy and research skills, to use avalible technology, and encourage reading, I also teach the yearbook class & supervise the HS website.

About Me:
14th year at CHS, married 33 years, three daughters, one cat. I have lived in Washington state all my life, predominately in the Wenatchee Valley.
College and Degrees:
Attended Washington State University and Wenatchee Valley College. BA from Eastern Washington University-1994, MA of Ed in Teachnology in Education from Lesley University (complete in Feb.09).

Employment History:
Teacher / Librarian at CHS from the Fall 1995 to present. Stay-at-home mother for many years and before that I have been a bookkeeper, executive secretary, lab assisstant, orchard worker, and a soda jerk.
Why Do I Teach?:
It's fun! I enjoy the one-on-one students contact I am able to have within the library setting. I enjoy working with teens and hopefully have something worthwhile to share with them.
