I teach Elementary Computer Lab @ Lexington School. I have K-6 for 50 minutes once a week. We have a great time exploring technology in my lab.
Position:
Elementary Lab Specialist
Needs:
We need more cameras for students to go out and take pictures and learn to put those camera into the computer to see how to use that technology. We need flashdrives for individual student use, instead of the 2 flashdrives for 540 students.
My Philosophy:
I try to do the best job that I possibly can to help someone learn and make connections. If a student can make a connection in my classroom, I feel like I have accomplished something. I love watching that lightbulb go off when they "get" something. It is the best feeling in the world. I want to further my education to become the best educator I can be. I want to stay on top of technology so I can share the great uses of it with my students.
