Class Description:
I teeach enrichment to all students from k-2 grade. From 3rd to 12th grade, I have 86 students who are identified as gifted and talented

Needs:
We are learning to insert videos into their research projects and use their videos to validate their projects. We need 4 Flip cameras
My Philosophy:
The mission statement for my program is "Preparing today's students for tomorrow's opportunities". The world is changing so fast that I can't prepare my students for a specific job. I can, however, prepare them to be good decision-makers, team members and problem-solvers.

About Me:
I am the Gifted and Talented Coordinator/Teacherfor a rural school district. This is my 20th years of teaching. I have won 2 national awards for teaching and several state awards for curriculum that I have written.
College and Degrees:
I have a BS in Education and a Masters in Education.
Interests:
Reading, beading
Employment History:
I have been employed with the Lincoln School District for the past 6 years as the Gifted and Talented Coordinator.
Why Do I Teach?:
I want my students to have learning experiences that are meaningful and will help prepare them for their futures.
