“If kids aren't learning the way you teach, then teach the way they learn" (Palzet, 2005). I believe that finding a fun, creative, and effective way to teach is what education is all about. A teacher may like the way s/he teaches a lesson, but if a student is not benefiting from it, the teacher needs to find another way to make it comprehensible to the student. My philosophy of education is that teachers should be student-centered,flexible, and enthusiastic about the subject they are teaching.
