Class Information:
Students per Class: 20
Class Description:
I teach 20 LA-4 students which are considered "At-Risk" since the program is only open to those children who qualify for free or reduced lunch. They are a lot of fun to work with because you can see the most progress in the children. They are loving and kind and are appreciative of all that you do for them.
Position:
LA-4 Teacher
Needs:
We do not have as much parental support since many of our families doing the best they can to pay their bills and feed thier families. I do get an allowance to spend in my classroom but it covers everything from kleenex to computers. We are required to follow ECERS standards which requires many items and consumables. Anything is and/or will be appreciated.
My Philosophy:
Always have dreams and wishes, you never know when they may come true, and there is nothing like the feeling you get when your dreams really do come true.
