Why Do I Teach?:
When I was in elementary school I had two teachers that impacted me for life. I was a timid child and always afraid of failure. These teachers built me up and encouraged me. They instilled me with the ability to believe in myself. I try to do the same for the children I work with. Everyone has different things they are good at and I want students to know that they are worthy even if there is something they fail at. Failure is a part of life but that doesn't mean we give up. I teach because I want to encourage students and give them self confidence.
