Position:
Teacher
Needs:
I would like to implement more technology in my classroom so that my students can experience highly interactive, interesting learning activities that I have created. I have a laptop and a projector but need a Smart Board to implement some activities that I have planned.
My Philosophy:
I love my students and develop a relationship with each one. If a student feels safe and loved, his/her mind is more open to learning. Even though I am a teacher, I am still learning. I feel that it is important to keep up with new innovative ideas/philosophiesin education in order to better meet each student's needs.

I have taught for 24 years, and I still love it! I love learning with my children; what they need to know and how I can make it easier for them to understand it. Every child is different, so each year it's my job to learn my children's individual needs and how to best help them to learn.
