Our SMES studentsThey are energetic and have a great sense of humor. When I conducted an online survey at the beginning of the school year, they overwhelming listed science as an area they wanted to learn more about. I describe them as readers, writers/authors, mathematicians, historians and scientists.

I love my family, friends and students. I enjoy almost any type of music and of course reading. I am passionate about learning new things and traveling to new places.

I received my Bachelor of Science and Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Activities:
Well, the activities I should be doing are exercising and always laundry. What I spend the majority of my time on is reading on the internet.

Usually whatever I'm currently reading... But, my all time favorite is Eric Carle's The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
