Class Description:
My class is a great group of kids that really try hard to learn. I love them! We have a great time exploring science in the wetland behind the school. We've been planting all sorts of native foliage. The kids get muddy...but we sure learn a lot about science.
Position:

Needs:
We need a microscope, and a load of digital cameras. The students are very visual and they learn much more rapidly with images to supplement everything we do.
My Philosophy:
If you can see it, you can learn it. Even if you can't see it, you can still learn it.

About Me:
I'm a mother of 3 and I love to roller blade.
College and Degrees:
I have a Masters in Elementary Education from Binghamton University.
Activities:
I'm constantly on the go with baseball, roller blading, dance, and hockey. Year-round we've got a slew of activities.
Favorite Books:
The World is Flat.
Interests:
I can't think of a single thing I'm not interested in.
Employment History:
I've been a teacher for as long as I can remember.
Why Do I Teach?:
A person teaches for the love of it! I'm one of those people.
