We teach classes in collaboration with classroom teachers from all subject areas. Our classes infuse the traditional curriculum with information and 21st century skills.
We also promote reading for pleasure and as a result have a high circulation rate. Our library is a warm and inviting space where students voluntarily come during their free time.
Position:
Librarian/Staff Technology Developer
My Philosophy:
We feel that the library is like the foundation of a house. The information seeking, analyzing and synthesizing skills we teach ensure student success both inside and outside the classroom. Without those foundation skills, the house would crumble.
