Island of the Blue Dolphins and the Chronicles of Narnia started off my love of reading as a kid. I usually have 3-4 books going at once (audio, ebook, paper...) I enjoy fiction, anything about teaching, self-improvement and memoirs.

Interests:
I love nature, reading, boating, travel, knitting, my dogs, science and technology. I am always interested in learning new things and am attempting to become fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Why Do I Teach?:
I strive to help my students be as independent as possible. Education unlocks the door to opportunity. :)
