My Philosophy:
As a member of the professional development staff providing the teachers of Polk County with professional development that is effective, relevant, and practical is of highest priority, Just as our students need varied modalities to learn and grow; so too do our teachers. In order to meet the changing professional learning needs of our teachers we must provide teachers with varied modalities for professional learning, which includes developing online classes and interactive forums. It is our hope that through experiencing effective and interactive online professional learning opportunities teachers will transfer their learning experiences to the classroom, thus improving the learning environment and edcuational opportunities for their students.
