ProStart Culinary Arts I and II prepares students with skills to be successful in the food service and hospitality and management areas. Students may obtain certification through the National Restaurant Association through ProStart and also obtain safe food handlers' certification locally. Both of these courses articulate up to six hours credit with the local community college through their culinary arts program.
Position:
FACS/Culinary Arts
Needs:
A video camera mounted from the ceiling facing down on food demonstration table would enable students to get a more close up view of food preparation skills being modeled.
My Philosophy:
"Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.....teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime".
