I teach two different classes.
1. Computer Applications
2. Introdcution to Engineering Design
Position:
Engineering Education Facilitator
Needs:
In my Engineering class I could use a laser engraver or a 3D Model printer. Each of these are essential tools to produce real outputs to students designs. It is better to have hands on products from a design than to have to wait for it to be made or not made at all.
My Philosophy:
Every student should have the opportunity to at least try. It is better to try and fail than to never try at all.
Personal Information:
About Me:
I attended a Vocational School when I was in high school. I enjoyed the "freedom to learn" environment. I entered the Air Force after graduation and after 20 years I finished my Bachelors degree.

Favorite Books:
Any Frank Perretti works.
Why Do I Teach?:
To see the face and hear the expression of the "I got it" moment. That point when the student says, "Ah ha, I understand now."
