Class Description:
I teach Pre-Algebra and AlgebraI to 8th grade students. My classes are of mixed races and coed. Many come from low socioeconomic area and have no access to computers or other technology. Others come from upper socioeconomic home and what they are exposed to leaves them bored in the classroom because our resourses are very limited.

Any type of technology that with enhance the learning of Math. More specific "CUMPUTERS in the classroom".
My Philosophy:
To have students walk out in May with much more insight and knowledge than when they walked in in August.
Personal Information:
Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I want to see faces light up when they finally "get it", to conect the world my students live in to math and make it easier to make that connection. Math is vital to almost any field that my students with choose to go into in life and if I can help to make it come alive for them then i have been successful as a teacher.
