I am a colloborative team member working with two other educators for whole group instruction in Science and Social Studies. I have my own small group for Math and ELA and we work on strengthening skills and appealing to student's multiple intelligences learning styles and preferences. Technology is a huge part of educating today's 21st century learner and I enjoy infusing technology into our daily lessons.

I would like to have more laptops, a document camera, a scanner - basically, all things technological! My students are motivated and focused when new methods of reaching them are made available and used to help them grow as learners.

I've taught 3rd, 4th and 5th grades for the last six years.
Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because being around children who are just discovering the wonders of the world makes me glad I'm a part of their lives, and my life is better for that experience.
