My students are from diverse family backgrounds and come to me with various levels of skills. We often spend part of our day building friendships and learning the basics of cooperative learning.
Position:
5th Grade Teacher
Needs:
Most of my students have not been out of the county in which we live. It is difficult to help them connect the vocabulary they need to develop for 21st Century skills, without the use of technology.
My Philosophy:
All children have potential. Since they will soon be the workers, educators, government agents, etc., I want to prepare them as best I can now. They deserve the greatest I can give each day.
