Personal Fitness 1&2- Students learn what they need to know to design and implament their own personal diet and exercise plan.
Personal Fitness 3 - Students work with Personal Fitness 1&2 students on their diet and exercise plans. Personal Fitness 3 students also take the N.E.T.A. Professional Personal Training test.

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach for many reasons, but the major reason I teach Health and Physical Education is students can use the information I teach for the rest of their lives. Students learn to design and develope proper exercise and nutrition plans to live a longer and healthier life.
