Class Description:
A great place to learn, visit,or just hang out after school. The students are creative and innovative. We have recently began to come into the technology world because we are in rural Missouri. We are proud of what we have and are willing to try new things to give our students the best learning experience ever.

My Philosophy:
I believe if the students love what they are doing then they will learn more. I believe it is my job as their teacher to prepare them for their future, whether it is to be president of our country for her or stay at home dad for him. No matter what `our children choose to do, it is vital they all become technologically sound.

About Me:
I am currently in my 14th year of teaching. I taught 8 years in special education and now I am teaching in Junior High Communication Arts.
College and Degrees:
I have an Associates, a Bachelors, and a Master's degree. I have attended many colleges and have learned a great deal. My degrees came from Crowder College, Missouri Southern State University, and William Woods University.
Activities:
Teaching for 14 years I have been cheerleading sponsor, photographer, 8th grade sponsor, field trip sponsor and anu other odd job or committee they needed.
Favorite Books:
I love to read mysteries and horror stories. My favorite author is Steven King.

Interests:
reading, poetry, contests for my students to enter, basketball, baseball, Dallas Football, movies, shopping, quiet time with my daughter and son, drawing. I am pretty much interested in everything.

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because there are children willing to learn.
