I teach a class of 15 4th graders that are in need of extra help in order to be successful in school. This year will be my second year in this position and I feel like it is my dream job! The students are so motivated but just need a little extra push.
Position:
4th Grade WIN
Needs:
I need a Pure Digital- Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder. It will take 60 minutes of video and is ultra easy to use! With this I could record lessons for absent students, shot video of presentations, etc! It is easy enough that students can take video which could lead to endless possibilies in the classroom.
My Philosophy:
I believe that all students can learn. We must create a comfortable environment for this learning to take place. A classroom should have an environment where students feel that they can take risks and learn from mistakes.
