I teach AP Biology, Human Anatomy and College Prep Biology

Computers that will allow the students to create content based on the 21st Century Skills Framework.
My Philosophy:
I feel students should demonstrate their understanding on the content through the use of products and demonstrations. These take a variety of forms but should include the latest in technology. Student created podcasts and interactive animations (Scratch, Flash, Microworlds) are one way to demonstrate learning.

About Me:
I am happily married and have two children, boy (age 8) and a girl (age 5). We have 2 cats and a dog. I enjoy spending as much time as possible watching my kids grow and develop (and so quickly too..)

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach because I love seeing students grow as individuals and as learners. I enjoying seeing them create useful products that reveal a true understanding of not just the content but new skills that they can use throughout their lives.
