Resource Room is the highest level available to learning disabled students before they are introduced into the the inclusion classroom where they recieve regular instruction with assistance from a special education teacher in the classroom co-teaching and offering support to the regular education teaher and all students in the room. I teach the same curriculum as the regular education teacher, but I must constantly be looking for ways in which to diversify my instruction, so that it is equally accessible and level- oriented to each individual student.

I strive to infuse technology into every level of the learning process so that my students are as well equipped for the 21st century environment as possible. I implore my students to use technology wherever posssible, to work collaboratively on creative projects, and most of all, to think in original and innovative ways where it comes to problem-solving situations.
My Philosophy:
Every student has the ability to succeed, and it is my goal to give these students the tools with which to reach these goals.
