I believe that all children learn differently and that it is my job to try to meet those diverse needs to the best of my abilities. Differentiated instruction is the key to success and fair is not always equal.

Why Do I Teach?:
I teach to inspire! I hope that through my teaching, I will inspire each one of my students to take new risks and try new things. I teach to help each and every one of my students reach their true potentials as learners. I teach because I love working with children and seeing the look of excitement on their faces when they've learned something new. The greatest successes happen when those that struggle the most to learn finally master a goal.
