About Me:
My name is Megan Maddy and I am starting my fifth year teaching at Southern Elementary. I taught 3rd grade my first two years and then moved to second grade for the past two. This year I moved to the special education department focusing on 1st grade students! I LOVE Teaching! I grew-up in Pendleton County, in the Knoxville area on a farm and I graduated from Williamstown High School. My husband Jamie and I reside in Campbell County with our five month old son Lincoln.
College and Degrees:
I graduated from Midway College with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and I just finished a Masters Degree in Learning and Behavior Disorders (LBD) Special Education k-12.
Activities:
I am the proud owner of numerous pets including market and dairy goats, horses, dogs and cats all in which are currently housed on my parent's farm.
