Class Description:
My children are mainly from lower to middle socio-economic backgrounds. I have Caucasian, Hispanic, and African-American students. Most of my children are average learners, but I do have some with special needs.
Position:
first grade teacher
Needs:
Currently we only have 3 old computers and 1 printer. IWe plan to get a projector; however, I need to have it mounted. I also need an interactive board and laptop.
My Philosophy:
Children need to be able to use the newest technology to be able to excel. Children learn best when they have things to manipulate and excite them. Technology benefits all my learners and can be used across all areas of the curriculum.
