The iPad makes learning come to life, engages students in their education and gets the excited about learning.

I teach 54 ESL students from 4K to 5th grade. 99% of my students come from low income families and receive free or reduced lunch at school. I would like to bring technology to our classroom to help prepare my students to be college and career ready. The iPads will allow my students to publish their writing, learn through iPad apps specifically designed for ESL students, expand our library through ebooks and utilize internet resources in the classroom. I want to integrate technology into our everyday lessons.

Coming up in the 2013-2014 school year, our yearly standardized test will be 100% computer based. Please help give my students the opportunity to learn how to use computers before being expected to pass a computer based test in all content areas which will require computer skills as well.

Help my students by bringing excitement to learning through technology and by preparing them for the 21st century world! Thank you so much for your support!
