This is a multi-day project.

Students will start with creating a rough draft of their Menu: 3 tacos, 1 side, and 2 specialty drinks.

Students will then be introduced to logos and how to create a logo in Canva.

Students will then order their Taco Truck, equipment, food, and paper products needed to make their menu for their first week of operation.

Students will then begin to break down their start-up costs. To price out their Menu and create a Final draft of their menu in Canva with the logo they already made.

Students will then print out their menu and we will have a school-wide event on which taco truck is the best.

Students will then turn their votes into sales and finish their cost-benefit analysis.

Students will then write a 3 paragraph essay on whether they believe their truck will be a success and show the evidence they have to back up their reasoning.
