UninformativeHow are we to learn if there are no translations with the sentences. Single words are one thing but entire sentences is justg ridiculous

Nice app BUT .....App needs more detail. It would be nice if the word was written in English then translated. I to like the design of the quizzes.

Doesn't work...After its opening my screen gets locked. When I unlock it, the process is immediately repeated, which means that my phone is unusable unless I restart it and don't touch this app. Uninstalled.

Backward sentences!!The plate is flying. Is the fish flying? There is meat in front of the boy. Potatoes with cucumber on a plate. Is the woman kissing a cat? No, she is kissing an apple. Nobody talks that!! It's an insult to adult learners' intelligence to present this as learning material. Valuable space is taken up on the app where REAL LIFE HELPFUL SENTENCES could've been used instead. I do wonder if stock photo was bought & then sentences just plucked from the air to fit in with the pictures rather than constructing out a course with proper sentences & then obtaining photos that fit in with them. The writing exs don't work but the majority of the app is very good for supplementing your spanish learning so in spite of the flaws, i plan to buy the full version & i do recommend it to those with basic knowledge of spanish, otherwise you might be lost. But if it were not for these ridiculous sentences, i'd be rating this a 5. These comments also apply to the rest of the apps in this series.

Simply The Best Language App!! A++I didn't understand some pictures, so I installed the identical app in English. It was a little bit boring sitting through all of the English repetition, but well worth the patience. Now I do know what all of the pictures mean. I think it is worth buying full versions of both languages.

got problems!idea is good but lacks stuff.. needs ordered alphabets: we need to learn the alphabet system of a language first.. navigation: can't straight away access the second lesson, need to finish the first one to reach it.. writing: quiz is k, writing sucks like hell, can't type.. translation: we get that kids don't learn with translation but only by observing, but the pics can mean anything, translation must be made available..

A GOOD STARTI am impressed with this program. I do enjoy using it, but there is a problem. As stated by an earlier user, there is no translation with the photos that are used for the learning process. Please fix this as it has become a speed bump in my learning process as well as others. Thank you.

awesomefor those saying they want the translations, that defeats the point. you're supposed to figure it out like a child learning to speak. They link what they hear with what they see and learn the meaning of each sound or word. don't expect to be fluent in a month but it's great for increasing vocab. i'd suggest combining with micheal thomas audio books in order to learn vocab and structure at the same time. avoid rosetta. these two combined are very good.

Great Free App but no full version for SG i9000The Free version is great and works on my Samsung Galaxy i9000 but I thought it strange that I could not find the full pay version. Looking at Android Market using the PC I did find the FULL version but strangely I see - "This app is incompatible with your CTS Mobile Samsung GT-I9000". I gave you 5 stars because the FREE version works well. Look forward to the FULL version being available for the Samsung Galaxy i9000.

Great Learning Tool! This method works great. I've learned a lot after just a couple of uses. It is NOT a Translator. Learn to comprehend 1 language before trying another.

No translation? This would have been a great app if they actually translated the word into English or from English. Avoid this app. Literal transfer needed

I like it, but would prefer a translation after each test. Not knowing exactly what the words I'm memorizing mean kind of defeats the purpose.
