OBJECTIVES:
-TSW learn to operate a digital camera
-TSW operat a sound recorder
-TSW improve teamwork among peers
-TSW socialize appropriately with adults
-TSW write complete sentences
-TSW compose short narrative/expository texts
-TSW compose poetry and a variety of entertaining literary works
-TSW increase word processing skills
-TSW edit and read completed newsletters before final distribution

1.Students will photograph various items and people in and around school as topics for a quarterly newsletter.

2.These pictures will be downloaded to the computer so that descriptive and informative text can be written and shared with classmates. This will be done using the Tool Factory Word Processor.

3. Students will write poems, recipes, interviews and other entertaining literary works that can be printed into a quarterly newletter. They will type, edit then format into a one page newsletter.

4. Each student will read and edit before final printing and distribution.
