Tutoring at an elementary school

To enable my students all available mediam to teach the elementary students. I want to allow my students any available technology that can excite them as well as the elementary students. By allowing 8th graders to be a part of a 4/5th graders live that is committed for the enitre year to help them in math is very powerful. If one can teach a concept then they truly understand the idea.

My students will travel weekly to the neighboring elementary school which is directly down the hill so transportation is not needed. We will team up with a teacher who is willing to have her students 1 on 1 tutoring with an 8th grader. The 8th grade teacher will teach the state objectives to the class and the 8th graders will have to come up with lesson to engage the 4/5 students to learn the concepts/

The elementary teacher will continue to teach her lessons and we will only be there to reinforce that.
