Create a Public Service Announcement

Part of the curriculum for my technology class is for each of the students to create a Public Service Announcement video. In this project, they have to develop an idea. They will start with a short document describing the video. Next they will create a storyboard to plan the flow of information. From the storyboard, they will write a script to be used. Next actors and actresses will be chosen for the parts. Finally, they will shoot a video and we will use some of them as part of out morning announcements.

In addition to using their technology skills, the students will be using skills from their writing, reading, social studies and science class as they plan, develop, shoot and edit their videos.
