2. Save a photo story using a wizard
Objective
Students will demonstrate appropriate use of phrasing by using pacing and intonation with emphasis on certain words to convey meaning and expression.
Brief Description of the Activity
Students will use the narration feature in Microsoft Photo Story 3.0 to record their reading of text on the Fluency Resource. Students can playback and modify their narration after peer, teacher, and/or self feedback. Save the presentation as a Windows Media File and share with an appropriate audience.

Instructional Technology Assessment
In this activity the students will receive feedback as they playback and modify their narration. Teacher will formatively assess fluency by listening to the final product and assess the technology by using the Fluency Scoring Tool.
Materials: Digital Voice Recorders, Keyboards, Headsets, Mice, Reading
