Step 1:

Have students submit trivia questions with answers about the Revolutionary War.

Step 2:

Teacher should take the bank of questions submitted by students to create a review for the smartboard.

Step 3:

Assess students using the smart response system to check for understanding.

This is a review lesson to help teachers target which students need additional support with specific objectives. It can be adapted for any grade or subject.

Follow-Up
Group students based on performance to target specific needs of each student. Suggested activities include: www.studyisland.com, www.solpass.org, and have students create a powerpoint presentation to present to the class that would be a review of the unit to be displayed on the smartboard.
