The Green Candy Company is in business again

Objectives:
-students will write a commercial to market their hot cocoa valentines
-students will create artwork to use in their commercial
-students will practice reading their part for the commercial
-using the Flip Video Camera, we will produce our commercial and send it via e-mail to all of the parents of our classroom
-post our commercial @ www.coventryschools.org (under Melissa Carr's web page)
-students will collect orders, fill orders and count money

Procedures:
1. Allow one student to write a commercial based on our previous commercial. Student will recieve criteria to be included. *This activity is intended to enrich a gifted student in my classroom.
2. Allow one student to write out our web address in graphic lettering.
*This activity is intended to help a student who is struggling with reading but loves to draw graphic lettering.
3. Allow a small group of students to create a backdrop for our set
4. Assign parts to students or groups of students to practice for the commercial.
5. Practice
6. Film commercial using the Flip Video Camera.
7. E-mail commercial to parents, principal and superintendent.
8. Post commerical on class web page.
9. Collect orders.
10. Fill orders.
11. Count money.
