--Writing Applications (writing letters to teachers for approval to observe classrooms; writing a persuasive article that answers why students should buy into the solution)

--Research (Use a variety of communication techniques, including oral, visual, written or multimedia reports to present information gathered (video))
Communication (oral and visual) The students will do all the recording and speaking in the video. We will talk about good oral speeches versus bad


Project Steps:
--build background of the theory (funtheory.com)
--brainstorm problems in school
--brainstorm solutions
--turn one of the solutions to a "fun" solution
--build/set up the solution
--put the solution into action
--take still pictures of the journey for yearbook
--incorporate the flip video to create a presentation of our journey
--write a persuasive piece of writing via the writing process

--letter to teachers
--persuasive article
