Think about your day. What is fun? What is hard? What is similar to your friends? What is different? We are going to use video to share a day in our life.

Work with a partner to plan and storyboard 5-10 scenes as you go through your day from morning, coming to school, in class, recess, after school and evening. What will be interesting to share? You will each make short videos from each scene, then put them together. you can make separate videos or you can alternate scenes with your partner.

Plan at least one scene where you hold the camera, one where you are moving, one where your partner takes video of you, and one with both of you in the video. Can you think of ways to work together to create special effectsmlike smooth transitions when you move? How will you use words? Will you narrate, use dialog, put in captions?

Edit your video putting your day in sequence. You may even want to alternate scenes with your partner. Add music if you like. Keep your videos under 10 minutes. We will look at the videos to compare and contrast the way we roll through our day.
