Students will read from their shared reading book the story of the week. The student will create their own power point to teach other students what the story will be about.
The students present the important vocabulary words writing their definitions beside them. They also create their own sentence using the vocabulary word in the correct context.
The students will describe the setting of the story and how it is important to the problem of the story.
The student will state the problem of the story and the solution.
The student will write their own summary of the story.
The student will write whether they would reccommentd the story to a friend and why.
All slides must have clipart, different fonts,special effects and color to be added to the power point to help create imagery.
