Students will open up a new power point.

The students will lines from shapes in power point to create a vertical line down the middle and a horizontal line across the middle to make four quadrants.

The quadrants will be labeled Drawing, Repeated Addition, Array, and Commutative Property in font 32.

Students will read to themselves a story problem that was given to them.

Students will insert shapes to form their arrays.

Students will use text box and write the repeated addition sentence in 24 font.

Students will use text box to write commutative property sentence in 24 font.

Students will copy and paste images from the internet to go along with their story. Students will cite on their resource slide the information of where they got their images from.

Students will display their slide, read the story and explain how they solved it using each quadrant.

Students will be called up to present their chart to the class.

Students will save on their documents and then download onto their One Drive.
Follow-Up
Give a multiplication problem and students can use the chart to solve.
