Oregon Trail Lesson Plan Week 12 Third Grade Reading Mrs.Dean
Background: Students have participated in a book study over the book Across the Wide and Lonesome Prairie: The Oregon Trail Diary of Hattiesburg Campbell. We studied point of view, character traits and sequence of events.

Essential Question: What is the point of view of a pioneer child on the Oregon Trail?
Lesson Plan: Students will go to my teacher website to access the web quest. http://www.adair.k12.ky.us/olc/page.aspx?id=29366&s=1439 They will use the links on the Web quest to complete the assignment. Students will complete the assignment on their own paper and turn it in. I will monitor as students complete it. |
