Becoming a true Google Classroom Page Views: 474

I have many low income students that do not have much if any technology at home. I currently use PowerPoint and have students take notes by hand. Students would be able to take all notes on the laptop. They would be given all assignments through google classroom and do the assignments on the laptop and hand them in on Google classroom. I would be able to give them immediate feed back via google classroom.
We start the year off with safety notes and quickly learn that students take notes at different paces. My plan is to have the students take their own notes instead of my current teacher provided fill in the blank notes I currently use because of my slower note takers, due to the fact most of my students only print at a very slow rate. My lesson plan would allow students to work at their own pace and complete the assigned tasks at their own rate and receive instant feedback on the lesson. Students will be able to take assigned quizzes and move on to the next lesson when mastered. As we progress on with more lessons I would be able to spot students weakness early and do remediation as necessary. Yet providing enrichment for the faster learners.
