Quick overview, I work with that parents of our school and my goal is to bridge that gap from school and home. Many of our students come from low income families and do not have technology in the home. So parents do not know how to use many of the devices we have had to use. The plan would be to have devices in the Parent Room that they can come and be trained on. We can walk them through the steps on how to access sites that will help their child and also train them on how to check their child's work. The room and devices would be open on school days for them to come in and utilize for school related things.

It would start with a training night to walk everyone through the Parent Room and what it is there for. They would be trained on using the technology we have and then we would explain to them that the room will be open to the for use. Having an area they can come to to ask questions and get more training in technology use will help in building that gap of them feeling they don't have the materials or know how to support their child.
