Epson PowerLite LCD Projector Why I need this:
Currently, my students do not have any exposure to twenty-first century technology during the course of their school day. My classroom is equipped only with a chalkboard, which my students utilize diligently. When my students reach college in 2014, almost every single one of them will be the first in their family (and for some, their community) to attend college. In order to adequately prepare my students to climb the mountain to college in the twenty-first century, I want to provide them the opportunity to interact with up-to-date technology such as powerpoint, blogs, wikis and other computer-based interfaces which they are being deprived of currently. On behalf of my students, thank you in advance for being a catalyst for the kids at KIPP College Preparatory in their journey to college.
