Nice but limited'Learn to Read' is the best activity (of 3 in the app) and really pretty good. My child manages to get thru it on his own so it's a kiddy-friendly experience in terms of UI. But its too easy and my son quickly learned to get 100% without really reading. My suggestions: add an option for lower-case (kids are supposed to learn to read English in lower case), add more words, change the order in which they appear, try to make more hint pics start with the same letter as the key word, maybe add an option to hide the pictures behind a 'hint' button before they become visible and add more negative feedback when the wrong option is chosen. If you could do all this the app would be an excellent educational resource and well worth paying for.
