AmazingOne of my favorite apps. Would be improved by the implementation of a feature that marked off or otherwise kept track of talks already viewed, and possibly a sorting system to organize favorites. Horrible on tabletsDon't install on a Honeycomb tablet. Takes a reboot to get out of program. App behaves in odd way (process does not show on task managers, downloads not to be found, and more). Love TED, hate this app.

Won't download talksI bookmarked a bunch of talks to download while my tablet was offline but they won't download now I am back online. No way to manually initiate downloads. Makes it redundant to be able to search talks offline. Transformer Prime ICS.

That's how apps should be made.I absolutely love this app. Not only it has amazing content but it' s so well thought out and developed other developers should take it for an example. EpicThis is very well designed. Simple UI. I live that if you don't want to or are unable to watch a video you may just stream the audio. Downloading in another perk. Please add a widget for desktop control and this will definitely have earned a 5 star rating.

Good, but could be GreatOver all this is a killer app for watching TED talks while traveling, however, my only issue is, as others have mentioned, the inability to synch my online account with this app. It would be nice to be able to "favorite" talks on my pc, and then have them show up on my tablet. Once this app has the ability to synch and recognize my online favs, it will be a truly killer, must have app.

HTC incredible sGreat variety of talks available. Audio drops out about half way through on low quality downloads. Have had to re download all talks just to hear them through. Otherwise a fabulous app!

Tablet + TED = TerrificnessWithout a doubt, one of the best and most frequently used apps on my Transformer Prime. Clearly designed from the ground up for Android tablets, and it makes navigation a breeze. The ability to create bookmarks and download talks for flights or other periods of WiFi-lessness is a godsend. Phenomenal app, and incredible messages within the talks themselves...thanks to the folks at TED, and keep up the great work!
