One of the best Android appsThis app is great and I love how native elements of Android where used to make me feel right at home with how the app works. There is only one thing that bothers me when using the app is that the notification bar does not hide when watching a video. However this is a minor flaw compared to such a beautiful app and such rich content!

Its Ted on my phone.It works just fine. If you like Ted talks then you'll llike this app. Not every video makes it straight onto the app.

Love TED, Love This AppThis is great app coming from TED that works amazing on my devices. It looks stunning with its simple, fast, and beautiful UI. Other developers should take note on how to make a great app. I'm glad that TED took use of the ICS design.

Disappointed in the app's functionalityInstalled on Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. I like the presentation and smoothness of the interface and the fact that it works in landscape orientation. Disappointed that I cannot preview the videos and select for later download ask at once, I cannot multiselect videos from the list view for adding to favorites or for batch download, I cannot delete the videos from within the application, it has no long press capability. I travel frequently and sometimes the flight is very long. I would like to be able to watch a bunch of TED videos previously downloaded. The app is not travel-friendly. Unfortunately there are no real alternatives for tablets at present. The ones I tried seemed designed for phones as the interface is portrait only (even if the video playback can be made to be landscape) and don't seem to have the multiselect capability. This application needs more work and until then it is only worth 3 stars.
