PotentialI dig the concept, and the implementation is fairly good, but in practice things are a bit choppy. The app doesn't support changing the orientation of your phone, which would be a real help in a couple of situations (school calendar in particular; it's a Web page that was not designed with mobile in mind so there's a lot of left-right scrolling in the vertical orientation). I get a "Loading Data" message for several seconds when I select almost anything; I would think some caching/prefetching on the phone could put a stop to that. When I go to the "links" screen, the links that open (which are to the school's grades portal and the school calendar) open to non-mobile-friendly versions of those tools, and there doesn't seem to be a way to zoom, rendering them unreadable. The "red bubble" interface takes a few seconds to figure out; from a UI standpoint I can see people having trouble "getting it." I'd say that taking some time to work on supporting orientation changes, and then either adding orientation/zoom to the built-in browser or just launching the phone's internal browser, would help quite a bit.
