Students will use: http://prezi.com/xz4dacycnl0w/jupiter/ (teacher made presentation of directions) to research Jupiter and its moons. They will gather information about Jupiter, facts and other information, as well as information about its moons, physical properties and other facts. They will also compare Earth and Jupiter based on rotation, revolution, mass, density, escape velocity, surface gravity, distance from Jupiter, diameter etc. Lastly, they will research different manned missions to Jupiter and its moons.

After researching, they will create a scale model of Jupiter and its moons based on the distances of the moons from Jupiter and their diameters. They can use any type of Art program that can measure circles and other distances.

Finally, they will create a Power Point Presentation to present the information to their classmates.
